Was in DC on a gig the last two weeks and got to check in with some family. Here’s the view from where I stayed. Not bad. While that was happening, my interview piece on Khoi Vinh finally went live. Even got a write-up. Onwards towards winter.
When people ask me what it was like in the press section, I tell them it was cold. But if cold can be glorious, it was that too.
Though not exactly a clean slate, most of us heading to DC for Tuesday’s festivities are excited by the prospect of a fresh start for this country.
